To ensure an independent, diligent and competent support your organization has decided to appoint Lighthouse Compliance Consultants (https://www.compliance.be/ ) as your designated Independent Whistleblower Officer or to provide ad hoc support to your internal Whistleblower Officer. We will organize the follow up of your reports in accordance with the rights, protection measures and case handling processes described in your whistleblowing policy.
The usage of this web application is confidential, we will not provide access to your case details, outside the competent persons mentioned in your whistleblowing policy, without your explicit consent.

You can choose to report in your name or anonymously. Although a report can be based on reasonable suspicions it should always be made in good faith. We only have a few mandatory questions that have been marked with an asterisk (*).

You can also choose to enter questions in your name or anonymously.
Your inbox
Here you can follow the status of your report, including confirmation of its receipt, continue secure communication with and receive feedback from us.
After submitting a report or question your username and password will be automatically generated and displayed on your screen.
Please write them down as you will need them to enter your inbox and follow up on your report. In case of accidental loss, we will not be able to retrieve your username and password.
This application is not a part of the website or intranet of your organization, it is managed by Trusty Report (https://trusty.report/ ) using advanced encryption and high-security, ISO certified data centers in Europe.
